We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

7. Cookies

We want to process as little personal information as possible when you use our website. That’s why we’ve chosen Fathom Analytics for our website analytics, which doesn’t use cookies and complies with the GDPR, ePrivacy (including PECR), COPPA and CCPA. Using this privacy-friendly website analytics software, your IP address is only briefly processed, and we (running this website) have no way of identifying you. As per the CCPA, your personal information is de-identified. You can read more about this on Fathom Analytics’ website.

The purpose of us using this software is to understand our website traffic in the most privacy-friendly way possible so that we can continually improve our website and business. The lawful basis as per the GDPR is “Article 6(1)(f); where our legitimate interests are to improve our website and business continually.” As per the explanation, no personal data is stored over time.

In addition, if you give consent through our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets cookies and transfers pseudonymous usage data to Google, with onward transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and is used to measure and improve our website. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent); you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics cookies are set until you give consent.

If you give consent for marketing cookies through our cookie banner, we also activate Google Ads. Google Ads sets cookies and sends pseudonymous data to Google (with onward transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), including your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. We use this to measure ad conversions and to build remarketing audiences so we can show relevant ads across the Google Ads network. Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent); you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie banner. Through Google Consent Mode v2, marketing cookies are not set until you give consent. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

If you give consent for marketing cookies through our cookie banner, we also load the Meta Pixel. The pixel sets cookies and sends pseudonymous data to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (with onward transfer to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), including your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and conversion events such as waitlist sign-ups. We use this to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Meta’s platforms and to build advertising audiences. For data collected via the pixel, we and Meta are joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR; see Meta’s Controller Addendum and Privacy Policy. Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent); you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie banner. Through Google Consent Mode v2, the pixel does not fire until you give consent.

8. Third-Party Disclosure

We use the following processors to operate this website. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
